What makes barbecue authentic is a subject of passionate debate, but we know it originated with four distinct regional styles:
Carolina, Memphis, Texas, and Kansas City.  Their characteristics: meat, cooking style, sauce, and flavor – are consistent within regions and vary greatly from one region to the next.  Join us for a mouthwatering taste of the classics as our chefs prepare them and square off as YOU choose which you love the most.

Only one will win, and the winning dish will be featured in all Cafe’s on September 1st along with recipes for you to enjoy at home.
