Earlier this month, Executive Chef, Mayet Cristobal served a dish of Impossible Embutido featuring Impossible’s all-new plant-based meat. Her recipe was so good she is one of only four finalists in a nationwide contest!
This week, enjoy Chef Mayet’s recipe again, and show your support by snapping and tagging photos with #BAMCOxImpossible. We’ll be doling out samples at Buena Vista Cafe on Thursday, February 28th at lunch time.
