Black History Month recipe feature

February 25, 2021 @ 11:30 am - 1:30 pm

We are celebrating Black History Month by featuring a weekly menu inspired by recipes created by Black authors.
This week you can enjoy a menu inspired by Edna Lewis.

ABOUT:
Edna Lewis was a renowned American chef, teacher, and author who helped refine the American view of Southern cooking. She championed the use of fresh, in-season ingredients and characterized Southern food as fried chicken, pork, and fresh vegetables – most especially greens.
