Vitamina T: Your Daily Dose of Tacos, Tortas, Tamales, and More Mexican

Street Food Classics celebrates the vibrant world of Mexican street food through more than 100 recipes that highlight the beloved “Vitamin T” foods—tacos, tortas, tamales, tostadas, and more. Written by acclaimed chef Fermín Núñez and Masienda founder and MASA author Jorge Gaviria, the book explores the traditions, techniques, and evolving creativity behind these iconic dishes. Drawing inspiration from street vendors, regional foodways, and modern kitchens, the authors bring the flavors and stories of Mexico’s everyday culinary culture to life while making the recipes approachable for home cooks.

Our special lunch menu will feature recipes from co-author Jorge Gaviria’s book Vitamina T, and Jorge will be onsite to personalize books for purchase at a special discounted rate.
