Impossible Laos-style Larb with Peanuts
Larb is a Laos-and-Thai fusion dish traditionally made with ground lamb. Today we’ve substituted lamb for Laos-style spiced impossible meat with mint, thai-chilis, lemongrass and kaffir lime.
