Bon Appétit at the Disney Cafés would like to invite you to get to know your
NEW EXECUTIVE CHEF, MAYET CRISTOBAL.
Chef Mayet will be working side by side with Aaron Esquibel, your Café Sous Chef!
The two of them will be creating Crab Cakes with Roasted Potatoes, Arugula Salad and Spicy Remoulade, one of Mayet’s favorites, but with an unexpected twist by Chef Aaron. Look for these two chefs in action at the American Regional station!
Mayet has been with Bon Appétit since 2003, she comes to us from The Getty Center and Getty Villa where she has been the Executive Chef since 2008.
Mayet is passionate about creating seasonal menus and is excited to partner with the Walt Disney Studios Community!
