Meet your new Executive Chef at the Riverside Cafe!

Bon Appétit at the Disney Cafés would like to invite you to get to know your
NEW EXECUTIVE CHEF, MAYET CRISTOBAL.
Chef Mayet will be working side by side with Hugo Lucero-Parra, your Café Chef!
The two of them will be creating a Sweet and Spicy Bacon and Pork Rillette Banh Mi, one of Mayet’s favorites, but with an unexpected twist by Chef Hugo. Look for these two chefs in action at the Grill station!
Mayet has been with Bon Appétit since 2003, she comes to us from The Getty Center and Getty Villa where she has been the Executive Chef since 2008.
Mayet is passionate about creating seasonal menus and is excited to partner with the Walt Disney Studios Community!
