Fresh produce, delivered to work

Orders must be placed by 5pm on Mondays for pickups on Wednesdays during lunchtime in the  Buena Vista Cafe and Grand Central Cafe.

Over the last 20 years, Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) has become a popular way for consumers to buy local, seasonal food directly from a farmer. Here are the basics: a farmer offers a certain number of “shares” to the public. Typically the share consists of a box of vegetables, but other farm products may be included. Interested consumers purchase a share (aka a “membership” or a “subscription”) and in return receive a box (bag, basket) of seasonal produce each week throughout the farming season.

Bon Appetit at Disney has partnered with Nic Romano of Villa Romano Green Farms to bring you something even more flexible this season.  This year’s you can choose what is included in your weekly produce box.  You may choose all vegetables, all fruits, a juicing box, or let farmer Nic choose for you based on what the pick of the week is.  You may even choose artisan items like honey or olive oil.
